Every child on a school route is on the driver's list for that ride, by name, with their own pickup and drop-off. You name the people allowed to receive them, and you hear from us if your child is not on the ride.
A ride that did not run is refunded, and if you stop part-way through, the rides still to come are refunded too.
You see the number of rides and the price per ride before you pay for the term.
When other families share your route, the cost of the car is split between the seats.
With Areye Teens they get their own account, linked to yours. They see their own school rides, and can book other rides within the limits you set.
